This page covers what happens when you use the guest app at guest.lckleisure.com. For the wider Leonards Cove website privacy policy, see leonardscove.co.uk/policies/privacy.
When you tell us about your accommodation (or skip in as a visitor), the app saves your choice locally on your phone or computer so you don't have to set it up again on every visit. This is stored in your browser's local storage.
The single item we save is called lck-guest and contains your selected pitch and, optionally, the first name you entered.
You can clear it any time by tapping Sign off on the home screen, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
If you use the messaging feature, the details you enter (your name, contact details, accommodation if known, and the message itself) are submitted to Netlify Forms — the form-handling service that powers this app — and forwarded to reception by email. Netlify holds those submissions on our behalf.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't add you to any marketing lists. Messages are retained while they're useful for guest service and then deleted.
If you use the WhatsApp option instead, your message goes directly to our reception WhatsApp via wa.me — that's a service provided by WhatsApp (Meta), and your message is handled under their privacy terms as well as ours.
To work properly, the app loads a few pieces from third-party services:
None of these third-party services are loaded for tracking or analytics purposes — they're loaded because they're how the app works.
Under UK GDPR you have rights including access, correction, deletion, and complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, contact us using the details below.
The ICO's website is ico.org.uk.

If we change anything about how the app handles your data — for example, if we ever add analytics or other optional services — we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Any change that affects your consent rights will be flagged in the app itself, not buried here.
